At 7 Primus Biosciences, we innovate targeted cancer therapeutics designed for precision and patient benefit. Our lead compound, 7PB-100, is a novel BAK activator designed to preferentially induce apoptosis in BAK-expressing tumors, resulting in robust antitumor efficacy while sparing normal tissues in preclinical studies.

Using our proprietary CombYSelect platform, we engineer bispecific IgG antibodies that target multiple tumor antigens with high specificity and stability. This technology has proven versatile, enabling the robust and efficient creation of advanced antibody therapeutics. We further advance the field by developing bispecific antibody-drug conjugates, pairing our bispecific antibodies with innovative payloads to maximize cancer cell targeting while minimizing harm to healthy tissues.
