We are committed to fighting cancer with our targeted therapeutics. Our lead candidate, 7PB-100, is a potent BAK activator that selectively activates BAK molecules, effectively eliminating cancer cells with high BAK expression while sparing normal cells with little or no BAK expression. In in vivo studies, it has shown the ability to significantly suppress tumor growth while minimizing harm to normal tissues.

We also use the CombYSelect platform to develop bispecific antibodies by engineering various combinations of IgG heterodimers targeting tumor-associated antigens. The platform-based mutation sets focus on specific tyrosine and serine residues in the protein interface, promoting heterodimer formation and stability while reducing homodimer formation. We have fully established the platform’s functional versatility in efficiently engineering bispecific antibodies.

Furthermore, by combining bispecific antibodies with the BAK activator to create bispecific antibody-drug conjugates, we are actively working to deliver potent cancer cell-specific payloads to selectively destroy cancer cells while reducing harm to healthy cells.

Our goal is to enhance treatment effectiveness while reducing side effects from off-target and off-tumor toxicities. Through our innovative approach, we aim to provide highly effective and precise cancer treatments for patients.
